DSGN is an independent publishing studio. We create original books, digital design materials, and educational content. Our sales operate through two distinct channels:

A. Physical Books (via Amazon): While we are the creators of the content, we utilize Amazon's global fulfillment network for physical book sales. When you purchase a physical book, the transaction, printing, shipping, and customer service are handled entirely by Amazon. For issues regarding shipping or damaged physical goods, please contact Amazon directly.

B. Digital Products (via Lemon Squeezy): We offer digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, digital flashcards, wallpapers) directly on our site. Our authorized retailer and Merchant of Record for these digital transactions is Lemon Squeezy. They securely handle your checkout, payment processing, and the immediate delivery of your digital files.

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical difficulties downloading or opening your files, please contact us at contact@dsgn.is, and we will be happy to assist you.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DIGITAL LICENSE
All content on this site (including text, illustrations, characters, logos, and educational materials) is the exclusive property of DSGN and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the files.
  • Uploading the files to public servers, file-sharing sites, or social media.
  • Sharing your unique download links or stamped PDF files with others.
    We reserve the right to revoke digital access without refund if this license is violated.

SECTION 4 - AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
DSGN may participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program or similar affiliate programs. This means we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through links on our site at no extra cost to you.
