Shipping, Delivery & Returns

General Delivery We are thrilled to share our creations with you. Because we offer both instant digital downloads and physical products, our shipping and delivery processes depend on what you purchase.

Digital Products (Instant Access)

Delivery: Instant! As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will immediately receive a download link on the checkout page and a backup link sent to your email. No waiting, no shipping fees.

Shipping: Free (it's the internet!).

Physical Books & Prints

Delivery: Our physical books are fulfilled through Amazon's global network to ensure you get them as quickly as possible. Delivery times typically range from 5-15 business days depending on your location.

Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout on Amazon's platform based on your shipping address.

Payments & Security Your security is our top priority. We do not store your credit card information.

For Digital Products: Every payment is securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. They accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and mobile wallets (like Apple Pay).

For Physical Books: Payments are securely processed through Amazon's official checkout system.

Taxes & Duties Because our community is global, taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your local laws. Please note that for physical items, your local customs office may apply additional duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product Accuracy We do our absolute best to showcase our artwork, characters, and educational materials accurately on the website. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor's display settings compared to the final printed physical product.

Returns & Refunds We want you to love your DSGN experience, but we also have policies based on the nature of our products:

Digital Products: Due to the downloadable nature of these items, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be "returned." If you encounter any technical issues with your file, please email us, and we will fix it right away!

Physical Products: Since our physical books are fulfilled by Amazon, they are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing error, please initiate a return directly through your Amazon account for the fastest resolution.
